BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. MAKING A BOOKING
A booking is confirmed when the completed booking form has been submitted and payment for the deposit has been received and acknowledged by us.
2. PAYMENT
Full payment of the rental balance must be received by us not less than eight weeks prior to the start date of your rental.
3. DIRECTIONS TO BRAEMAR
Directions will be sent on receipt of the final payment and security deposit.
4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. It will be available for occupancy after 4.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure in order to allow sufficient time for the changeover. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
5. NON-AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY
If for any reason the property cannot be made available on the date booked, all rent paid in advance will be refunded in full and the hirer will have no further claim.
6. COMPLAINTS
The proprietors do not accept responsibility for events or persons outside their control. Please let us know immediately if any problem should arise and we will make every reasonable effort to put it right during your stay.
7. CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, your deposit will be forfeited but if written notice of cancellation is received not less than eight weeks prior to the holiday commencement date, you will not be liable to pay the balance of the rental. However, if notice of cancellation is received less than eight weeks prior to the commencement date you will liable for the outstanding balance of the rental. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that your insurance policy includes cancellation provisions.
8. PARTY SIZE
The property may only be occupied by not more than 6 persons.
9. PETS
We do not accept pets
10. FURTHER CONDITIONS
The proprietors reserve the right to reasonable access to the property in order to carry out any maintenance which may be required.
The proprietors reserve the right to terminate occupancy without notice and without any refund in the event of a breach of the conditions contained herein.
Pets are not accepted and smoking is not permitted within the property
11. ACCIDENTS
You are advised to take out adequate insurance covering accident, loss and damage. No responsibility is accepted for any accident, loss or damage how so ever arising.
12. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required at the time the balance of the rental payment is due. This will be refunded in full within seven days of the date of departure unless there is a need to make a deduction. Such deduction may be in respect of but shall not be limited to any losses, breakages or damage to the property or its contents, any subsidiary costs or additional cleaning if the property is left in an unreasonable state
13. LINEN
Bed linen is included in the rental. Please bring your own towels.
